What is an electric current?

Answer:

From Ohm's Law V = IR amid R being a constant one finds that I = V/R. therefore current is equal to voltage divided by resistance. However this doesn't say what current is. It is now a statement of an expression that allows one to calculate the current through a resistor. It isn't the one best answer.
