What is an accommodation?
Accommodation is the ability of the eye to focus on an object situated at variable distances from the eye. Like a camera, even the eye requires to change its focal power to be able to form a clear image of objects at different distances. In a camera, the position of the focusing lens is moved anteriorly or posterior to achieve this change in focus.
