Behavioral Measures of Customer Satisfaction Measurement:

This is sometimes believed that dissatisfaction is synonymous along with regret or disappointment when satisfaction is linked to concepts such as, “this was a good choice” or say “I am glad that I bought this.” If phrased in behavioral response terms, in that case consumers indicate such that “purchasing such product would be a good option” or “I would be glad to purchase such product”. Frequently, behavioral measures reflect the consumer’s experience individuals related with the product (that is, customer service representatives) and the intention to repeat this experience.
