Q. What do you mean by digital systems?

Electronics information is generally placed into two categories as digital and analog. The Digital information is represented in discrete increments. The mainly common digital data system uses two states to represent information. On (normally represented by +5 Volts) & off (normally represented by ground). The Analog information is represented in a continuous manner. The Analog information has an infinite amount of possible states.
