What do you mean by Business to Business in e-commerce?

B2B stands for Business to Business, it is the type of e-commerce.

This is a mode of conducting business among two or more companies over the Internet, quite than more traditional modes as like mail, telephone and face to face.

In the past Electronic Data Interchange was conducted onto a direct link of some form among the two businesses where as today the most admired connection is the Internet. Therefore, the two businesses pass information electronically to another. B2B e-commerce presently makes up about ninety four percent of all e-commerce transactions.
