a. Praise employees and provide them credit for all good work completed by them.

b. Take a sincere interest within subordinate like in individual persons.

c. Promote healthy competition in between individual employees.

d. Develop and utilise the appeal of pride into or regarding work place.

e. Delegate a substantial amount of authority.

f. Formulate an appropriate suggestion system.

g. Permitting workers’ participation into management matters.

h. Providing opportunities for development and promotion.

i. Promoting good and satisfying inter-personal relations at work and outside.

j. Promoting good working situation.

k. Fair, firm, clear and consistent management policies.

l. Use of punishments judiciously as such reprimand and demotions, etc. as negative motivational techniques.
