i)  Design various blocks for overall system processes.

ii)  Design compact, smaller and workable modules in each block.

iii)  Design various database structures.

iv) Specify details of programs to achieve desired functionality.

v)  Design form of inputs and outputs of the system.

vi)Perform documentation of design.

vii) System reviews.
