1 What are the requirements of the user?

2 Who requires the system and for what purpose.

3 Who will receive system output?

4 When must be the system is delivered.

5 What kinds of format should be output be delivered.

6 Who are the users? What kinds of training will they require?

7 What are the protection requirements of the system?
