What are the increase effects factors of indiscipline?

Effects of indiscipline increase in the following factors:

a. Absenteeism: Absenteeism on the part of workers that can be wilful or deliberate and sometimes organised.

b. Accidents: Accident because of casual attitude of workers and at times wilful/deliberate.

c. Sick Leave: worker may feign sickness and get sick leave.

d. Labour Turn-over: The workers leaving the organisation because of disciplinary procedures and adverse organisational environment.

e. Grievances and frustrations: The frustrations and grievances in between the employees are bound to consequence into organised resistance to company’s policies.

f. Waste and Scarp Rate: These might be due casualness into working and at time because of wilful/deliberate acts upon the part of workers.
