Q. What are the Forms of Misconduct?

Forms of Misconduct: Misconduct is a serious form of the indiscipline against the management. The scope of Misconduct can be extended to the following cases where the employee:

1. Does not discharge his duties properly, remains absent without leave,

2. Indulges in the acts which are unsafe for the employer

3. Is grocery immoral, dishonest

4. Is insulting, abusive and disturbs the peace of others,

5. Is unfaithful corrupt and disloyal

6. Indulges in theft, fraud and bribery.

7. Does not obey orders

8. Resorts to the illegal strike
