What are the entrepreneurship traits?

Entrepreneurship Traits: A successful entrepreneur should possess the given traits:

(1) Mental Capability: Mental capability having intelligence and creative thinking. An entrepreneur must be intelligent and should have an analytical mine. He must have the capacity to evaluate the problem and capable to study the different situations under that decision have to be made.

(2) Clear Goals: An entrepreneur must have a clear objective. Without objective an entrepreneur can’t success. Therefore a successful entrepreneur should have the objective to establish his product into the market, create profit and render social service also.

(3) Business Secrecy: An entrepreneur should be capable to guard business secrets.  A business leakage secret to trade competitors is a serious matter. Therefore the entrepreneur should be capable to make an exact selection of his subordinates.

(4) Human Relations Ability: An entrepreneur should have good relations along with his customers to earn profit and win their confidence into his product. He should also maintain good relation along with his workers.

(5) Effective Communication: Good communication also implies that the entrepreneur has the capability to put his point efficiently and along with clarity. Communication capability is the secret of the success of most entrepreneurs.

(6) Technical Knowledge: The entrepreneurs are making deal along with situations where sophisticated technology is included. The entrepreneur should have a reasonable level of technical knowledge.

(7) Decision-Making: Running a business needs taking a number of decisions. Therefore an entrepreneur must have the capacity to analyse the different aspects of the business for arriving at a decision.

(8) Risk-Bearing: 'No threat, no business' or 'no dangers, no gains'. Risk is an inseparable and inherent element of entrepreneurship. He supposes the uncertainty of future.

(9) Self-Confidence: Entrepreneurs should have the mental capacity to face any circumstances. They must also have the capability to inspire other. They should have the confidence in themselves and the finding to achieve their goals. Entrepreneurial Traits can be described with the help of given diagram as demonstrated here:
