Joint ventures also have disadvantages, which are given below:

• Partners do not consist of full control of management

• May be not possible to recover capital when need be

• Disagreement on third party markets to serve and

• Partners may have various views on expected benefits.

When the partners carefully map out within advance what they expect to attain and how, after that many problems can be overcome.
