a. Decisiveness: The coach is constantly taking different decisions along with regard to kind of coaching needed, time for resting of players, kind of bowling to be completed at various types of pitches, the batting line up for different matches, etc. thus, the coach has to be able of guiding the captain while taking the right decisions, particularly at critical moments of the match.
b. Maturity: Simply a person who has a reasonable maturity level will be capable to guide and also coach the team players.
