What are demonstrative pronouns?
Pronouns that are used to point out an item are called demonstrative pronouns.
The demonstrative pronouns are like this:
Use "this" and "that" to replace singular and collective nouns. Use "these" and "those" to replace plural nouns.
"This" and "these" are used with something that is close to the speaker. "That" and "those" are utilized with something that is farther away from the speaker.
