Assignment Help:

What about ISO 9000?

Again there considers being confusion about the ISO 9000 series of certifications. This ISO in essence is not a guarantee of good value and is not specified to an object but to a company. ISO 9000 is, in lays terms, a system which removes anarchy from production or management, ensuring those things is made always similar and with similar quality, that is not a mean feat. This does not guarantee that the products are excellent but with a constant in quality. If a manufacturer makes a good widget or gizmo than the ISO 9000 certificate guarantee that this will always be good. For similar token if someone makes a bad product the ISO will make sure that is always bad. A combination of ISO 9000 and laboratory certificates upon a product is the surest method to ascertain that an object, an illuminator in this case, will remain so and is good.
