Assignment Help:

Wellness and Lifestyle Analysis: Wellness is a state of optimal well-being that is oriented toward maximizing an individual's potential. This is a life-long process of moving towards enhancing your physical, intellectual, emotional, social, spiritual, and environmental well-being. Wellness has traditionally been viewed as freedom from disease; thus, if you were not sick, you were considered healthy. This perspective is changing. While everyone agrees that the absence of illness is one part of being healthy, it doesn't indicate whether you are in a state of well-being.

I get an assignment from the university. I have to prepare a report on the topic Wellness and Lifestyle Analysis. Can you please assist me for Wellness and Lifestyle Analysis report for about 2500 words?
