We need help in System Intrgration-  VoIP platform and ticketing system integration

We are seeking to build an environment where inbound calls are accepted and forwarded to a service tech scheduled to handle that specific account automatically. To be effective this implementation would be easy to administer, integrated with a service management platform with automated escalations.

Our current vision which can be altered depending on your recommendations, would be founded on Asterisk PBX integrating with OTRS ticketing system for tracking and SLA management.

End user experience must be web-based and mobile accessible.

Job Description-
We are looking for a programmer to create an automated process that converts inbound phone calls into actionable assessable field personnel dispatch and reporting.

Your responsibilities-

1) Review business requirements
2) Perform a technical analysis of requirements
3) Produce a solid, detailed technical design
4) Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements
5) Contribute ideas for making the app

Desired Skills are Linux, Perl, PHP5, MySQL Programming, Shell programming
