Our current vision which can be altered depending on your recommendations, would be founded on Asterisk PBX integrating with OTRS ticketing system for tracking and SLA management.
End user experience must be web-based and mobile accessible.

Your responsibilities-
1) Review business requirements
2) Perform a technical analysis of requirements
3) Produce a solid, detailed technical design
4) Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements
5) Contribute ideas for making the app
