  • Antioxidant because it inhibits peroxide formation.
  • It stops undesired oxidation.
  • It is fertility vitamin.
  • It is requiring for spermatogenesis.
  • Deficiency of vitamin E causes sterility and muscle degeneration.
  • It removes scar & skin winkles.
  • Sources are cotton seed oil, egg, muscle & green leaves.
