Uniform Circular Motion
Uniform circular motion could be elaborates as the motion of an object within a circle at a constant speed. As an object moves within a circle, it is continually changing its direction. At all examples, the object is moving tangent to the circle. Because the direction of the velocity vector is the similar as the direction of the object's motion and the velocity vector is directed tangent to the circle as well. An animation at the right depicts this through means of a vector arrow.
8. System is shown in the figure. Assume that cylinder remain is contact with the two wedges. Find the speed of cylinder at the given instant cylinder
An electron is constrained to the central perpendicular axis of a ring of charge of radius 2.2 m and charge 0.015 mC. See Section 22-6. Suppose the electron is released from rest a
Charging: During charging the device is linked across a source of D.C. supply having a voltage of about 3 volts. When the circuit is switched on the current flows inside the cell
OHM’S LAW: So far you have been introduced to the concepts of electric current (as a movement of free electrons through a conducting material), voltage (or potential) and poten
Q. Point out the direction of the current if any induced to flow in the loop by the changing magnetic field. (Describe is the loop as viewed from above.)s Answer: 1.
Transverse Waves: The traveling waves in which particles of the elastic medium vibrate about perpendicular to the direction of propagation of waves are known as transverse wave

a) Describe how capacitance of a capacitor depends on area, distance among the plates and on the dielectric material. b) Draw electric field lines of a (i) positive poin
What is the measure of the force of gravity on an object? Force is the vector product of mass and acceleration: F = ma. Weight is a special case of that formula, where you subs
The mass of a string is 4.20 x 10 -3 kg, and it is stretched so the tension in it is 135 N. A transverse wave traveling on this string has a frequency of 260 Hz and a wavelength o
