Tunnel subvalvar stenosis, Biology

Tunnel Subvalvar Stenosis :  This variety is less common and extends from sub aortic area for a variable length of 10-30 mms (tunnel stenosis). In the severe variety, the tunnel is longer and narrower with a small aortic annulus (hypo plasia). In the milder variety, the annulus is normal and the length of stenosis shorter.
