Triple Vessel Disease (TVD) : Patients with triple vessel disease and impaired left ventricular function do badly on medical treatment. They are candidates for CABG. Operation is a better choice compared to triple vessel angioplasty and stunting. 11' a triple vessel disease patient has significant block in proximal LAD (proximal to first septa1 and first diagonal) and proximal circu111flcx it will amount to left main equivalent disease.
