TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN

Design a training and development plan for one organisational training need that relates to the job described in Task. Make sure that a specific knowledge component, skill or ability is used as the basis of your training plan.

Training could be needed for one of the following examples: new technology or equipment, poor customer service, a new administration process, a change in legislation, a redesigned job, or other need of your choice.

The plan will include:

a) An explanation of the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) process that relates to your chosen training need.

b) One clear, measurable learning outcome of the training.

c) A description of two appropriate training methods to meet the training need.

d) An explanation of how two principles of learning can be incorporated into the training to meet individual learning needs of trainees.

e) An outline of four types of evaluation that could be used when the training is completed (including the reason for use, method and time-frame of when each type of evaluation could be used).
