Tourism management in the form of a destination (e.g., Bali, Mexico, Kenya), or a market (e.g. backpackers, single adults, gay and lesbian travelers, retirees etc.).

Essay should be presented in the following format.

Title page

Introduction (approx. 100 words)

Body of the essay

• describe your choice of issue or topic by providing the background: what is the issue and why is it important? (approx. 300 words)

• link your chosen issue or topic to one discipline/theoretical perspective from the lecture sessions between W7 (Psychology), W8 (Sociology), W10 (Cultural studies), W11 (Politics, policy and economic issues) and W12 (Geography: understanding people, place & environment) and show you understand the perspective (approx. 200 words)

• use key concepts from this perspective to help explain and analyse your issue/topic (approx. 300 words)
