a) The processes that take place in a team while it is working together (i.e interaction, task & maintenance functions, group cohesion, norms and values) are often overlooked although these play a very important role in making the team more effective.

Explain in detail the above processes and how management as well as the team leader has a very important role to play to render the team more effective. (Illustrate using diagrams where necessary).

b) The reflective-thinking framework increases the problem-solving effectiveness of teams. Explain in detail this seven phase framework and how effective communication amongst team members is an essential component of each phase.
