Testing facilities, Business Management

Assignment Help:

During planning of inspection consideration should also be given to the flow of product through the inspection station. The inspection station or station should be so planned that they are in the normal route of the product so that additional movement and handling of the product is avoided. In case the inspection does not involve elaborate test equipment, mobile inspection stations may be organized so that these can be installed where required. As far as possible the inspector should move to the product rather than vice versa. In addition to inspection stations where the product may be inspected visually or with the help of simple instruments there is often a need to have separate test laboratory where exhaustive tests can be carried out.
