Conventional Endodontic Treatment

Surgical Endodontic & Retrograde sealing of Immature root Apex: After cleaning and shaping of the RC and before filling , I make a surgical flap and remove the bone until reaching the apex , and do retrograde filling.

 However,

a) It is invasive procedure with its possible surgical complications , high cost  & possible psychological distress  

b) It might compromise crown/root ratio in a tooth already weakened due to immature root development.
