Static or Dynamic - artificial intelligence
An environment is static if it doesn't change while an agent's program is making the decision about how to act. When programming agents to performance in dynamic (non-static) environments, the underlying program may have to refer to the changing atmosphere while it deliberates, or to anticipate the change in the environment between the time when it arrives an input and when it has to react upon that.
RHINO was very fast in making decision. However, because of the amount of visitor movement, by the time RHINO had planned a route, because plan was sometimes wrong because someone was now jamming the route. However, because of the speed of decision making, instead of referring to that environment during the planning process, as we have said before, the designers of RHINO chose to enable it to continually update its plan as it moved.
Q. Design a half adder? In half adder inputs are: The augend let's say 'x' and addend 'y' bits. The outputs are sum 'S' and carry 'C' bits. Logical relationship betwee
What is bus arbitration? It is method by which the next device to become the bus master is selected and bus mastership is transferred to it. There are two ways for doing this:

What is CLR? CLR is .NET equivalent of Java Virtual Machine (JVM). It is the runtime that changes a MSIL code into the host machine language code, which is then implemented a
Suppose that a process scheduling algorithm favors those processes that have used the least processor time in the recent past. Why will this algorithm favour I/O- bound processes,
I think yes...so if 8259 gives interrupt then it will be serviced instantly but since into pin is left hanging the insr bit will never be set...and so whenever any interrupt occurs
