A component diagram represents a set of component and relationships among them. In a dynamic model, component diagram is used to model physical components for example executable releases, databases, libraries, adaptable systems or files. It has components, interfaces, subsystems, packages, generalization, association, dependency, and relationship. The notation for components and relationship among components is shown as:
