A small shop sells 280 different items. Every item is identified by a 3 - digit code. All items which start with a zero (0) are cards, all items which start with a one (1) are sweets, all items which start with a two (2) are stationery and all items which start with a three (3) are toys.
Write an algorithm by using a flowchart, which inputs 3 - digit code for all 280 items and outputs the number of cards, sweets, stationery and toys.
A Sort which relatively passes by a list to exchange the first element with any element less than it and then repeats with a new first element is called as Quick sort.

Graph Traversal In many problems we wish to investigate all the vertices in a graph in some systematic order. In graph we often do not have any single vertex singled out as spe
You are given two jugs, a 4-gallon one and a 3-gallon one. Neither has any measuring marker on it. There is a tap that can be used to fill the jugs with water. How can you get exac
Tree is a widely used data structure employed for representing several problems. We studied tree like a special case of acyclic graph. Though, rooted trees are most prominent of al

It does not have any cycles (circuits, or closed paths), which would imply the existence of more than one path among two nodes. It is the most general kind of tree, and might be co
Breadth-first search starts at a given vertex h, which is at level 0. In the first stage, we go to all the vertices that are at the distance of one edge away. When we go there, we
