Abstraction concept in object oriented analysis (OOA) is important. Abstraction can be defined as: the characteristics of an object which make it only one of its kinds and reflect a significant concept. Analysis is a broad term, best qualified, as in object oriented analysis (an investigation of the objects of the problem domain) or requirements analysis (an investigation of the requirements).
