Solution-Focused Brief Therapy is most dissimilar in terms of underlying philosophy and assumptions with any approach which needs "working through" or intensive focus on a problem to resolve it, or any approach which is primarily focused on the past rather than the present or future. Briefly explain, with the help of examples, how the SFBT is dissimilar with other therapies.
