Software reverse engineered, C/C++ Programming

Project Description:

I have software written with VB that i helped design, but now the original author died,(Neil Tromp), and the software ended up in the hands of someone else! I need someone to rewrite this software for me? I have a current license and a database password but that all i have!

Skills required are C Programming, PHP, Software Architecture, Visual Basic
