Skills and qualities of project managers in development, HR Management

Assignment Help:

See the skills and qualities of project managers explained in the ‘developmental approach’. Can you add to such? How far do you consider yourself being proficient in such skills? How could you develop further?

This is a question without an ‘answer’. You have to work this out for yourself and for your perspective. The self-management dimension might, for illustration, not always need the ‘innovative risk taking’ element. In the 1:1 interactions, managing client associations may not be part of the job where you employ.

What the developmental approach gives is a template for you to consider your type of project management and a chance to measure yourself against this.
