Q. Show the support locations for truckable skid?

Unless instructed otherwise by Engineer, support locations for truckable skid shall be determined by skid Vendor. Support locations shall be clearly marked on Vendor's skid framing plan, including loads at each support. Where required, detail on drawing special connections for lifting of skid. Maximum distance between skid supports shall be 6m.

Truck-able skids will normally be lifted. Vendor shall design and install necessary lifting lugs in accordance with criteria in GS-904-0103.

Large modules transported by sea barges shall be supported by grid system of welded wide flange transportation beams in accordance with GS-904-0107-AR. The design of connections of large modules to barge deck shall be provided by Owner unless specified otherwise in contract documents.
