Q. Show Selection of applicants in requirements?

Selection of applicants (application blanks): prospective employees have to fill up some sort of applications forms. These forms have variety of information is used to screen about the applicants like their personal bio data, achievement, experience etc. such information is used to screen the applicants who are found to be qualified for the consideration of the employment. The information may also be used to keep permanent records of those persons who are selected. Based on the screening of applications, only those candidates are called for further process of selection that are found to be meeting the job standards of the organization. When the number of applicants meeting the job standards for exceeds the actual requirements, the organizations decide a suitable number of candidates who will be called for further selection process.
