Show Limitations of the Individual incentives:

a. The employee's inclination is more on quantity as compared to quality.

b. Workers incentive of the cost of human relationships.

c. Rigidity of rates.

d. For beginnings misleading relationship with the overall cost and difficulties involved in the change over from a time rate to incentive systems.

e. Danger of rates cutting and possibility of inadequate wages for beginnings or handicapped workers.

f. The incentive system is inappropriate where delays are frequent and beyond the Individual control as well as where the work is automated.

g. Adverse effect of speeding production upon the health of the employee.

h. There is a problem of restriction of the output in view of group pressures from the fellow employees.

i. There is possibility of frustration stemming from the fluctuation in earnings in view of frequent transfers, introduction of new operations and allied extraneous factors.
