Selfcare is a Web Application of telecom domain, using n-tier J2EE architecture with Web Service Oriented Architecture framework and which works in online .I have worked in different modules like Infratel, Monitoring framework, Vernacular SMS application etc.In VSMS application is supported 12 or more language for sending messages to customer's. All the employees of Bharti Airtel will access the applications after user authentication and authorization. It is highly available, scalable, flexible, reliable and compliant to industry Open Standard specifications. It consists of several different modules, which includes Infratel, Monitoring Framework, Vernacular SMS application etc as major and provides end-to-end solution.
