You work as a Field Sales Representative for a telecommunications services company named Clear Communications. The Managing Director (MD) needs to appoint someone for the post of Field Sales Manager. You have been considered for the role. The MD has asked you to write a report showing the ways in which you plan a manage your field sales team. It is expected that you explain the reasons why you have decided upon the selling methods chosen and you must include relevant models and theories of both marketing and HR (Human Resources) disciplines in line with that of sales management.
