Revised the export rules, English

Assignment Help:

The mango lobby has gained the upper hand and revised the export rules. The new rules say that cans must have more mango than papaya and can be no more than 50% banana. The old rule demanding 10% papaya has been left in place. Say you have "p" papaya, "m" mango, and "b" banana as before. Write a predicate that says whether the can can be legally exported under the new rules.
