For the resource journal, you'll need to assemble:
An Award and an Agreement plus a minimum of three samples of legislation that have grievance and/or dispute resolution processes in them. Only submit the title page, contents page and section on grievance.
Plus a minimum of five samples of newspaper, journal, internet articles or industrial instruments relating to conflict, grievance and/or dispute resolution relevant to their own or other organisations or industries.
The Resource Journal should include:
A copy of an award and an agreement that applies to an industry or organisation.
Three samples of legislation that relate to the employment relationship and in particular to that organisation or industry. The main purpose of the legislation, statute etc should be stated with a very short description of the five Acts, especially related to dispute settlement. For example: NSW Industrial Relations Act 1996
The objects of this Act (section 3) are to provide a framework for the conduct of industrial relations that is fair and just; to promote industrial relations at an enterprise level; to make awards and enterprise agreements; and to resolve disputes through conciliation and arbitration.
