REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ORGANISATION OF RESOURCE SHARING LIBRARY NETWORKS
One of the significant aspects that needs attention is that in a resource sharing network, each participating library should have a clear cut policy as regards the type of resources it would be in a position to share with other member libraries. In other words, the library would have some materials which are very much used by its own clientele constantly and cannot be lent out of the premises.
