Concrete roads require a very high degree of quality control. The following aspects need to be checked regularly:

(a) Strength, shape and gradation of aggregates

(b) Quality of cement

(c) Slump of mix

(d) Strength of concrete

(e) Density and thickness of pavement

(f) Alignment, grade and profile of concrete pavement
