Quality assurance plan
The quality assurance plan is to establish the goals, the process and the responsibilities needed to implement the effective quality assurance functions. When a project consists of several hundred or even several thousands of tasks then planning the quality assurance activities may be difficult to track. The tasks should be assembled into the quality assurance plan which will document all the activities and also allow the effective management. The mature organisations may have a prescribed format for the quality assurance plans and if it is not then the project team will have to develop one. The quality assurance plan should have at least the following elements:
