We are asked to design a qualitative analysis scheme that can be used to determine which cations are present in a solution containing only four of the following cations: Pb2+, Ag+, Zn2+, Al3+, Bi3+, Fe3+, Ni2+, or Ba2+. We are to make 2 different charts, one with NH3 as the initial reagent and NaOH as the other initial reagent.
