Pultrusion
Structure sections of long length are generated by putting the fibres via resin bath and heated dies of exact shapes. Unidirectional fibres along with high volume fraction and pretensioning method are able of generating high strength. The method is called as continuous pultrusion. The schematic pultrusion method is shown in following figure.
