Principles of Success for the Project Manager

Project  managers  always  hire  the  best  people  available  and  then  do whatever it takes to keep the project up and running. Hiring the best people the most skilled, the most experienced, the best qualified by such means the project manager can frequently compensate for too little time or money or other project constraints. Project managers should serve as an advocate for these precious team members. They should guard them from outside interruptions and disturbances and help them acquire the tools and working conditions necessary to apply their talents.

Broad casting to team members post project managers experience must be done with a sense of time. There are constraints projects face with limited time, money and resources; hence a strong guidance is required to keep them moving steadfast towards the direction of completion. Adhering to the fact that, most team members have lots of other priorities, to maintain attention on project deliverables and dead lines is up to the project manager. Standard status checks, meetings, and reminders are necessary.
