Q. Principal of Red hot stove?

Principal of immediate action: as the case of touching red hot stove, the burn is immediate. In the same way, the penalty for the violation should be immediate almost automatic.

Principal of warning: particularly if the stove is red hot, a person know what would happen if he touches it. In the same way, the person should know what would happen if the they commit any mistake.

Principal of impersonality: the principal of implies that the hot stove does not have any kind of subjective or personal feeling in inflicting pain and suffering one who touches it. Similarly, the disciplinary authority should neither have a sense of elation or triumph or sadness is punishing the person.

Principal of consistency: Principal of states that under identical situations, these should be no marked difference in the action taken. The hot stove burns all fingers or all limbs that touch it, it in the manner, whether it is achieved irrespective of a beautiful young lady or an old main that touches the stove.
