Consider the Chester River Health System (CRHS) Strategic Planning example. Taking information only from these two sources into account, formulate an Environmental Assessment of CRHS's minimum data requirements. A completed activity 4 assignment will be modeled after slide #5 in the PowerPoint Presentation (entitled Minimum Data Requirements for the Environmental Assessment) with specific internal and external information about CRHS listed instead of general factors and characteristics.

This Table should be one or two pages in length. Save the file in RTF.
