Q. Political Trans-national Activity?

The dynamics resulting from the institutional interdependencies are of major importance for an understanding of the process of political transborder activity and institution building. Institutional settings and dynamics provide the framework within which the new problem definitions, ideas, and paradigms can find resource, support and limitations. The institutional interdependences are taken here as political relationship, between the transborder political arena and other political arenas. The ‘political arenas' are defined the political interaction system across boundaries which separate different subsystems of modern political administrative systems. Policy framework in this area comprise,

- the sub natural, trans border arena

- the inter national or continental arena

- the vertical intergovernmental arena

- the intersectoral arena

- the relationship between executives and legislative branches

- the ideological or partisan competition

- the public private relationship
