While getting introduced with various concepts, it would strategically be unfair to venture in to the analysis of on going policies unless a reasonable conceptual coverage has been achieved.

Earlier a brief survey of various policies has been provided. Now a broad agenda touching several areas of policy has been set. Here we shall discuss, through briefly the prudent macroeconomic coordination. We shall have a Regulation of financial markets, agricultural policies and health issued as well as social security. Realizing significance of together policy objection, we shall deal environmental and sustainability issue in some what formalized manner.
